Im not getting any help from avov very disappointed it used to be better service but its going down now. dead box ticket id: 1390 feb 19 01:59 pm ( 2 days ago) wow this is no help im very disappointed in avov customer service i will make shore to never buy another avov box and will make shore all people know about this issue will post all this about avov on iptv forum and ftazeta forum. i will also get help from my lawyer as this looks like avov is ignoring customers about the 1 year warranty and this is bad advertising. --hide quoted text-- white box serial#1501st3600 white box serial#1501st3600 hi, thanks for replying back, i have white box serial#1501st3600 hello, what type of box is it, white, black or red. can you also provide the serial # that is on the back of the box please. we would like to investigate this for you as soon as possible. hi, i have purchased avov tv online on august 23/2015 from patriot electronics and i know it comes with 1 year warranty, yesterday my box failed to turn on and wont respond to anything all i get is black screen no menu, i tried to reset it but is not responding its completely dead. how can i get replacement box, thanks,,

We offered you a generous discount for your device since your product has been over a year and the manufactures warranty is void. Furthermore, we would like to assist you but you did not purchase the product direct from us, which makes it more difficult to track when you actually did purchase the device.
