We offered you a generous discount for your device since your product has been over a year and the manufactures warranty is void. Furthermore, we would like to assist you but you did not purchase the product direct from us, which makes it more difficult to track when you actually did purchase the device. However, our team understands how you felt and we have offered you an upgrade option with you are not interested in. In conclusion, we would love to help you, if you can kindly contact our team back through the ticket you already have open we will see what else we may do for you.
