How the employees can feel good about themselves when they don't address the requests for a refund and stall, saying they'll call back and then don't. the foreign accent of many of the customer service people is difficult to understand. they are not empowered to resolve and issue other than offer 10% off another order and $10 credit. the website does not say that there will be a service and handling charge until the end. Laurel, I had roughly the same experience, when I was "allowed" to talk to an employee that could speak English, I was told they hired a person just to "STOP" all the bad press with BBB and Facebook. " So you shouldn't bother us, we don't care, and no one besides law enforcement has the right to tell us anything". Since calling and emailing does no good, it's time we use our Government. All of the complaints above need to contact law enforcement locally, and agree to press charges for fraud. During your calls to Ava's Flowers tell them you have been defrauded, demand a refund, and you will be contacting law enforcement. This is the M. O. of this band of thieves, first steal our money then tell the customer it will do no good to contact law enforcement(that's a direct quote from one of the non-English speakers). Learn for yourself, sit down with a detective, file the complaint, and watch your tax dollars at work. If we do nothing about these criminals, they are allowed to steal from the consumer endlessly. If we all start filing complaints against these people, either they will change, or Ava's Flowers will cease to exist. Thanking you in advance for your attention, Henry James

I'm beginning to wonder! They are not a local florist, they work with the local florist where you are sending to! I searched florist in such and such town, ordered from AvasFlowers thinking locals, then when I had a problem I find out they only accept the orders and money then send the order to a florist in that town to fulfill and deliver!
