Accounts with paypal after sometimes usually required that the user submit his/her real Identity. Details government photo ID like drivers license, international passport, Utility bill for a prove of address and in case of business account, bank statement for the submited bank account and that of credit card are required to open the account when the account is locked. How do auctionassistance handle such a situation as I wouldn't be able to provide such documents.
