Don't expect an answer that is knowledgeable and informed. They are clueless. They bounce you from team member to team member.

Receiving a response back is extremely difficult.

It is not easy at all. I have been trying to get in touch via phone for over 3 hours. I was on hold for 20 minutes so I moved forward with the option to have somebody call back and that took 2 hours. I missed that call so I'm back on hold and its been 30 minutes

Reaching them is not hard. Getting a response is a different story
