These two questions i cannot answer i wrote about the scammers operating on the site, from memory i just got sick and tired of the scammers and phoned and canceled it seemed most of my time there was taken up by the scammers and i could not be bothered.

CHOOSE NOT TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE SO LEAVE A FEW CREDITS IN THE BANK IF YOU DECIDE TO STOP USING THE SERVICE
