I am interested, but see such a mix of reviews. Where can I find very transparent information about your services? (Re: extra fees, etc.)

The majority of our tickets are non refundable and can be exchanged for a fee. We suggest you inquire for a flight option with one of our sales representatives and before booking ask for the exchange/refund information for that particular option. You will receive a breakdown of all the charges and restrictions of your preferred option before booking it.
