This amazing company is making me wait three weeks to get access to my old watch after my new watch got taken from me. I no longer have the password to the old email apple id. I understand that they are protecting me from a potential theft situation. But, making me wait three weeks to verify my identity is RIDICULOUS! Shame on you. You could verify my identify in a matter of a few minutes. Their excuse, its an automated process. That is horse $#*!, what a shame for your company and the poor service you provide.

I managed to lock myself out of my iPad (forgot the code). I couldn't remember the email I used for it for it was used very rarely. So they asked me to prove ownership. I went to BestBuy where is was purchased in 2018 and they were able to print me the invoice INCLUDING the Serial number which matches the box and device I have Proving I own it, however since it's been longer than 3 years were unable to print the actual receipt… They at this point are still refusing to unlock it… My wife and I added up the money we have spent with apple over the last 3 years and it was ridiculous over 26k! That is all gone now, I will NEVER buy another apple product ever again after this experience. This isn't even the first issue I've had with them a few months ago they locked me out of my phone for 3 weeks. Any company that can just lock you out of your device at will is not a company I wish to continue to do business with, especially amid all of the accusations they are using forced labor in certain places around the world… Today marks the day Apple lost 6 customers forever. We might only be 6 strong but when you operate the way they do those numbers will start to multiply... Buyer beware, not worth the price of admission…

Nothing about it justifies its price tag. Their laptops are especially horrible in quality. Mine heats up at the simplest things. I could never recommend their laptops to anyone.
Because I was taking too many pictures while on vacation. Apple decided instead of stopping the back up it would just delete all my photos. This included the picutres of my recently deceased parents. I can't get away from Apple fast enough. Customer support says I am not the first, so sorry. No there are not any older backups where your photos would be. Apple just doesn't care about anything except getting an extra dollar off of you after you purchase their extremly expensive phone.

As I post this I have been on hold for 45 minutes on a simple problem that should be able to be solved by Apple. (flickering of video unit) The frustration level is very high, as a developer and a loyal customer, I am wondering if Apple still monitors the service level that their representatives are giving. I post this here to see if other developers and loyal customers are experiencing this same type of problem, it makes me to want to leave apple for good.

A couple of days ago I accidentally tapped on Apple TV Plus which took out 9.99 from my account. Once I realized I had made an error I disputed the charge. Both times I was denied a refund. Today I called Apple and I was told I wasnt eligible for a refund. I ask the representative what the eligibility policies for a refund. Both the representative and her supervisor couldn't tell me the eligibility requirements that I would have to contact there legal department. Sounds crazy? Because it is crazy. I've been an Apple customer for 20 years. I'm done with Apple.

I purchased an Apple iPhone 15 pro max back around 4 months ago, along with the Apple care plus protection policy; and, after my phone broke from a fall, they REFUSED to make good on the insurance policy. I'm out of $1200, because this company is unethical and does poor business. If you want a quality product and a quality company, go to Samsung or literally any other company other than Apple. I am personally never buying another Apple product again. They do not value me or you as customers. They do not care about the little guy. They only care about money and their bottom line; and, in doing so, they have sacrificed that which made them the largest tech company in the world.
TLDR: Go to another company and give them your business. Apple will screw you.

Just because ONE payment declined, I can't use my card anymore. It's really annoying, it's hard to deal with, and I can't update any of my apps due to it. I don't understand why my billing information has anything to do with updating apps, but it's generally stupid and i' so confused on why it's like this, there is no significance to the reason.
Apply will not refund me of a mistake purchase! On my son roadblock! And can't even get a reason why my money can't be returned! Very frustrating

I sent $3,991.84 check to bank of America to Appler inc and they cant seem to tell me if they got it for 2 pro max 15 phones, i have talked to 31 customer service people for 20 hrs now and 2 out of 31 did anything at all, Annie a supervisor said she could a nd will not help and will not call me back(12-28) one rep said after 1 hour she could not get help from her on company and another had me on phone foe 1.5 hrs and at 4 pm the phone went to a message that for me to contact my bank card and went off?now get this im trying to spend almost 4 thousand dollars and nothing

My partner and I ordered two £1,200 phones yesterday from Apple, we were both promised a delivery date of today, my partners phone is due today following several confirmation emails, I hadn't received any notifications so knew something was wrong, only after chasing Apple did I find out the phone wasn't going to arrive today, I could have quite easily spent all day waiting for a delivery that they knew was never going to get here, maybe if the CEO spent more time concentrating on his companies failing customer services rather than buying super yachts he may have a better business. Forget the business aspect, its just a horrible way to treat other people

I've been an iPhone user since Apple iphone four: never have I had such a lousy case - I bought their clear case I received it December 2023. After breaking two screensavers in two weeks I decided to complain about it yesterday when I put on a $35 case from Amazon. Night and day the buttons are easy to push it's sturdy it's not slippery. Apple doesn't give you an opportunity to complain so I'm complaining here. Fortunately my credit card company gave me my money back.

Apple sells overpriced apps that become faulty and disappear from their store. They then replace those old unusable apps by different ones with a very similar name, to push customers towards buying the same service multiple times. They play real dirty! Worth starting to look into Samsung or Google straight-away. I bought a super expensive German dictionary for £26.99. All of a sudden it simply stopped to work, vanished from the app store, so it can't be used, downloaded or updated anymore. Apple refused me any refund or compensation. Oh look, what a coincidence: there is actually now a different app dictionary on the Apple Store with the same logo, nearly the same name, with the exact same functions for only £17.99! So, surprise, surprise, I have no other choice but to buy it, uh? And in a few years, when this new app will stop to work to be replaced by another fairly similar one, I'll need to buy it again. And again. And again. A blatant scam method to charge customers £65, £80, £100 and so on, if they need to keep using the same service and fuctions over the years. Simply revolting!

Apple replaced its gift card sleeve that cards comes in and when purchased and open the cards are damaged codes or not readible apple will not refund or replace cards and puts all blame on stores where bought from and stores will not replace or refund nither.
My kid has an IPad. Apple allows borrowing money to kids. Even when my child does not have funds, apple allows for in app purchases. Then the iPad is not allowed to download any new aps until the balance is paid. This includes any subscription the child might have on old games they no longer play.
I recently purchased the 32" monitor after the original order 27" monitor failed. I ordered online and the girl asked me what kind of stand for 32" monitor, I said basic. She, like me, thought that a $5000 monitor would come with a stand like all of my past Macs; to date that would be 5 computers. I suffered a mild heart attack and had to wait to unpack my new monitor, to my surprise it didn't come with a stand of any-kind. I was told I had to buy a stand for $1000 bucks, you went too far...I'm returning the 32" monitor and getting the 27". I promise you I will never buy any apple product again...thank goodness their are other companies nipping at your heels. I need at least 2 more computers and will buy from anybody but you...the Greed...absolute GREED treating customers like this!
