I am having massive problems even getting into the website and on the odd occasion that I do, it times out, won't connect to my tree etc. This has been happening on and off for months. I have done everything suggested on forums: cleared browsing history, caches, cookies etc., allowed java, not blocking ads or pop ups, Chrome and IE are both up to date etc, Works on my phone and an old laptop which uses Windows 7, but not working on two PCs using Windows 10. I have a subscription, so not very happy. Is this something to do with Windows 10 (do I need to apply a patch or something?). If not, why can't I access the website consistently? It is not due to the site being overloaded or I wouldn't be able to access it on other devices. This is a newish problem as Ancestry was mostly fine in previous years. Can someone at Ancestry please respond and fix this for me?
