Hi Sonia, The booking will always be confirmed once the voucher is sent to your e-mail address. Sometimes it takes the hotel until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date to update the names in their system. However, you will be provided with a Hotel booking reference in the confirmation email and your personal account on our site, which your hotel can easily find your booking with. Should you wish to confirm your booking before the check-in date, feel free to reach out to our customer support team via customersupport@amoma.com and they will be more than happy to further assist.
