Answer:

It should populate when you place your order. If not, contact them. They're customer service was good when I have had to contact them.

It depends. Were they expanded assortment items? Because those will take longer to get to you. But usually, my orders have been shipped at the same time. That includes clearance items, and items on sale. Have u tried emailing them?
