Help! I thought that "Bizchair" was responsible for the problems of my new heated rocking massage recliner but now looking at the comments about the furniture from customers of American Furniture Manufacturing I guess it starts with the factory. I can't pay someone to cut a hole in the chair then pay someone to haul it to the dump just to get my money back. What should I do?
