I looked at a Sierra reclining sofa (They said in Badcock & More it was made by American Standard Furniture) it only has the model no# for the Love seat which is 119104 They informed me in the store they do not have the paperwork. Can anyone tell me what the frame from this sofa is made from also what type of springs it has and the what type of filling the cushions have? I will not purchase a sofa without these details. They said it was on line but have looked everywhere cannot find at all. Thank you! Connie

Please assist me. I purchased a power recliner with massage and heat on June 22, 2015 from Lehnen's furniture in Lafayette Indiana. I'm unfortunately on disability and have been bedbound 95%since. I have used this chair about 10 times during this period. The right armrest/side is completely loose causing the chair to sit odd and undeveloped when not used. My son lifted the chair and he says that he sees exposed pulled out staples on the framework. The warranty is out now since it's over 1 yr old. Lehnen's is telling me that it will cost me to have a repairman to come to my house and order parts or repair and to pick chair up to repair and cost to return back to my house!!! Can you please assist me with this issue. I don't have the money to pay to have it picked up, repaired and again to be redelivered. I paid $598 and only sat in approx 10 times as said previously. I am supposed to call Lehnen's back on Monday March 6, 2017 morning to again discuss my problem. Any suggestions. Dirk S.

Help! I thought that "Bizchair" was responsible for the problems of my new heated rocking massage recliner but now looking at the comments about the furniture from customers of American Furniture Manufacturing I guess it starts with the factory. I can't pay someone to cut a hole in the chair then pay someone to haul it to the dump just to get my money back. What should I do?
