Order # AB00019492 I am really really tired and annoyed by your lack of communication. I have placed my order in April, payed in advance and, since then, I am waiting for you to send me the Kartell lamp I have bought. I have done some online research and found out countless unsatisfied customers that have bought from your site, payed in advance, just like me, and the items have never arrived! Are you a serious company? Is this some kind of scam? If the lamp doesn't arrive at my address until the end of next week, I will begin all legal procedures available in order to make you responsable for your poor and absolutely unprofessional and not serious behaviour. I will also contact my bank in order to inform myself about the legal procedures to get my money back. Looking forward to hear from you.

My order number is AB00006347 and I ordered my products 29.01.2015.
3 months later they finally respond to my countless e-mails and tell me one of the products is not available anymore and was wondering what to do about my order. I told them that I want to cancel my order and want a full refund, since I also paid my purchase in advance. A person called Mai Nguyen returned my e-mail on 14.05.2015 saying that they have cancelled my order and I will get a refund within 14 days. I posted a review on this site about Ambiente direct and then Christine D. Answered me that her colleague Mai is taking care of my case and I get my refund asap. Today is 17.07.2015 and still no refund. This is just the worst company ever! I did expect a German company to be trustworthy but no. Tell everyone not to have anything to do with these people!
