Where is my Oder #1149577 It has been a month since you took my money and you don't answer emails!

They took my money in february 2015 and 3 months later they finaly responded to my countless e-mails telling me that one of the products is no longer available. I cancelled my order and was promised a refund within 14 days. That's 2 months ago and still no refund. Good luck to you!

I eventually got my order after 5 frustrating weeks. Somebody replied from the following email address:

I had to travel to Munich (I live in Dubai, UAE), stand in the showroom and ask for my items. I finally got them. Explanation for staff not answering the e-mails was: "They are busy". Good luck.
