Hi - does anyone know who the formal regulator is of this German business - is there an ombudsman or trade standards authority I can escalate to? I have ordered 3 lamps in February, paid the same day and have never received anything. After 4 months I got a reply that I would be refunded but nothing since despite many emails. I feel like this is beyond incompetence and more like fraud - but not sure what to do next. AmbienteDirect if you're reading - my order number is AB00007012, please give me my refund as promised now)

I got my refund as well although to get in touch with them and to make anything happen I had to write a bad review on trustpilot. When doing that things started to happen. Although my dad ordered stuff from ambiente at the same time and he has not been as lucky...

Got a refund within a week once I had passed this matter to the visa disputes team at the bank. Had to print off evidence of all my attempts to contact Ambiente Direct but it was worth it. Don't waste time trying to deal with this company yourself they are a total nightmare!
