I have a order video games 7 order. 6 order come with normal box... And the order number seven come with big3x box My question is... why the 6 box or 6 order its in normal package? And why the order number 7 is in big3x cartoon only 5pcs videogame inside And the borderlinx said its not there mistake coz they are just recive and deliver Not they are the one who pack the package. I pay charge its make me sad

I really don't understand. The box packaging doesn't matter really. But possibly go to Amazon customer service, and ask for help. You may be able to get the other video games too, and if not, you can always ask for a refund.

Yes that would be my suggestion. Call their customer service dept. they ought to resolve any issues you have.

I think it's always better to buy directly from Amazon than from 3rd party vendors. With Amazon Smile, you can also get donation for charity with your order at no cost to you!

I have purchased MANY items on Amazon and consider them to b a Very credible source. If the discount looks too good to be true I would really look at ALL of the details. Some sellers are from other countries and the shipping to return is more than the item and therefore you could feel stuck with it. Just look at the details. As for Amazon, if it is sold from Amazon directly then No problem but, if it is not - I would be careful. Inquire to seller before buying.

The seller you bought it from, is a known dropshipper. Meaning they are a middleman which is how they make money. They never see the product, and you don't know what you're buying. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON. This site can't be trusted. IMO

I've bought many "name" brand products from Amazon and NEVER have had a problem. Amazon is the best company I've ever dealt with for online purchases. I trust them completely.
