what's a good phone number to call for a return I need to talk to someone. I don't have a password, unable to log in

I found a number on google. I called and got a recording saying: In order to keep prices low there is no phone customer service. I called to complain that they had sent me an old defective part that they had listed on ebay as new. Fraudsters.
