Let me start by saying that i have been an allivet customer for 5 years. both of my dogs ray and sam have special needs because both were exposed to mange 5 years ago. sam is a 140 pound golden retriever/mastiff who's hips are beginning to fail. on may 1 i placed an online order to allivet for sam's revolution and hip medication at that time i still had enough for 4 days. when i did not receive a ship confirmation email as i always have i called your customer service line and after waiting for 15 minutes on hold i was told that sam's joint medication was out of stock the customer service person helped me find a substitute medication and said that the order would ship that day, that was last friday. again when i did not receive a ship confirmation email i called again and the representative guaranteed that it was ready to ship and to expect the confirmation email shortly, it never came. so this morning i called your customer service again only to find out that that joint medication was also out of stock! now sam has been without his joint medication for five days now! the way this medication works i had to give it to him two chews twice a day for 8 weeks in order to build it up in his system now he is showing symptoms again and in 4 day he is due for his revolution to prevent his mange from returning. now i want to know why i was never notified that the meds were out of stock twice. once again i called customer service and the medication has been substituted again i have zero faith that the order will be shipped today as promised to arrive by wednesday. i have relied on allivet for years because my vet does not carry the meds because they are too expensive. to my point i need to be able to rely on allivet has i have for 5 years to help me keep my dogs healthy. i have recommended allivet to my family and friends and have shared your facebook page with my friends. this is no joke. catherine j. grabbe 234692
