It depends on the product. Keep in mind that even if it looks like MAC packaging what you are getting is a knockoff and not actual MAC. Same with any other name brand. It will be a dupe.

That said, they have a brand called "MeNow" that from research I've seen online seems to be safe (in compliance with US standards except for one of their eyeliners) and they make some decent lip glosses. And as with anything else from this store make sure the seller's got good reviews before you spend your money.

No, it took me more than two months to get a very poor quality item, not the one I had bought

Like others said, be weary of the ingredients since they can include things in their makeup that is harmful and regulated harsher in the US. Also, like Ellie said, they like to list them as name brands, when in fact they aren't. I ordered a MAC eyeliner once with a brush and it was clearly not MAC with a MAC sticker all crooked and peeling off stuck on there. It's usually just dollar store quality makeup with fake stickers on it.

Made in China items sold directly from China are always a risk because they have a lot less regulation of products there. Considering this is the same country which was poisoning babies with melamine to make a profit, I wouldn't put anything from there on or in my body.

If You feel confident with using a product made the cheapest possible way with no guarantee on what is in it, on your skin, be my guest. What i know is that there is a good chance IT wont arrive in the mailbox; -)
