Depends what it is. Electronics no. But like pedi stuff dresses yes if they have more then 250 WRITTEN reviews and those little diamond icons by their name. Also if they have real images of the product even better! Been ordering from here since 2011 have had pretty good luck. All my prom dresses were lovely and bridesmaid dresses too. Shoes are good quality as well.

Did you mean before u ordered at ali express u randomly checked reviews and none of them is favourable?
If you have already ordered, just wait for it. If it doesn't arrive or if u receive a damaged good or not as you expected, open a dispute. Then someone from ali will sugarcoat and mediate, but do not expect they will favour you on their decision even if you have all evidence. I noticed that the seller who scammed me, China's wholesale and retail via Emma Chen, brought so much scam sales and commission to alibaba so they decided to rip my money off and forced me to accept a product i did not order by insisting i pay for return shipping when the policy of the specific product states "seller pay for return shipping if product not as described". Always be prepared to be scammed when buying in their website.
