I have personally placed around 10 - 12 orders and the service has been great, the products sometimes are not exactly as pictured. Remember, if it too good to be true it usually is. Anything that is priced 20 to 30 times less than in the stores is usually not very good. The trade assurance program is very good and gives me peace of mind.

Recently, i've made the experience that they have started to close orders prematurely, due to 'credit card safety concerns' - whatever that means. their escalate link, in order to have a 2nd chance, never works. uploading copies of my passport or credit card statement to the order conversation makes no difference, because they don't see that, and the supplier doesn't talk to them. how can i reach someone there with an education and a function, to discuss this issue? thus definitely not a hotline (clotline).
