Probably not anyone who sells via AliBaba. There are so many complaints of shoddy and/or broken or nonfunctional items being sent out that you just can't trust any sellers on the site. Also if you do buy on AliBaba, you're probably going to get a cheap, fake reproduction of a name brand. You'd be better off talking to a local sporting goods seller so you can get advice on the best board for your needs and make sure that you get what you pay for.
