Alibaba does not accept paypall because Paypal would not tolerate their scams and fraudulent activities and paypal offers buyer protection, they offer dubious Chinese sellers a platform to scam the west. Unless you have money that you want to throw away, please dont buy anything from these scammers. People, they write their own reviews to make you think that they are good. All most every positive review on alibaba or aliexpress was done by their staff, and you keep seing the same review in different sites. How many people go to 10 different sites to copy and paste the same review, you have been warned buyers beware

Alibaba is a membership site it does not have CS for the products offered just for membership issues and its pretty poor. The independent site members are responsible for their space on Alibaba and what they are offering. The more money a member pays the more chances their name will pop up when you are looking for something regardless to their size or product quality or service

Customer service and satisfaction is not first and foremost with AliExpress. This is a consortium of vendors selling to the individual retail market, a huge market considering the world now shops online. Refunds are difficult to obtain and DO NOT purchase more than one or two pieces at a time. Shipping can take up to 3-4 months so plan accordingly. Do not think you are getting designer pieces at a discount... remember you get what you pay for... be especially wary of electronics

Alibaba, take NO responsibility if the seller on their website play froud or cheat the buyers. I would rather say alibaba is providing platform to scammers and cheaters. NEVER EVER TRUST ANY SELLER FROM ALIBABA

If you have ever shopped at Amazon.com, overstock.com etc, you will have a good idea of the buyer experience. It seems that Alibaba does not have any control over the sellers their website. So, if there's any issue wit the purchase, pray that the seller is responsive. The customer service reps are a HUGE sham.
