Is shipping direct to the home and how are taxes and shipping charges or tariffs calculated?

It goes to your home. Some sellers have free shipping, some not. Some sellers are good, some not. If you run into a problem, they have the very WORST customer service of any company I've ever dealt with, I won't buy from them anymore. You don't have to worry about tariffs, etc.
