If you've paid for a sample and are facing communication issues with the supplier, here are steps you can take:

Document Everything: Gather all communication records, including emails, WeChat messages, and payment receipts. This documentation will be crucial in case you need to escalate the issue.

Patience and Persistence: Continue trying to reach out to the supplier, giving them the benefit of the doubt for any unforeseen circumstances. Send polite and clear messages expressing your concern and desire to resolve the matter.

Alternative Contact Methods: Try reaching out through different communication channels if possible, such as phone numbers or alternative email addresses.

Dispute Resolution Platforms: If direct communication fails, consider using the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the platform you used for the transaction. Many platforms, including Alibaba, have dispute resolution services to assist buyers in resolving issues with sellers.

Review Platform Policies: Familiarize yourself with the policies of the platform through which you made the transaction. This can guide you on the steps to take and the support available to resolve disputes.

Credit Card Chargeback: If you paid with a credit card, you may explore the option of initiating a chargeback. Contact your credit card company to inquire about their dispute resolution process.

Legal Assistance: If all else fails, you might need to consider legal advice. Consult with a professional to explore the legal options available in your jurisdiction.

Remember, patience and persistence are key initially. If the issue persists, utilizing the platform's dispute resolution services and exploring legal avenues may be necessary to seek a resolution.

Alibaba does not offer any protection from either scams or mistakes. Dispute resolution to them is you lose your money or pay more money and then lose it. Only pay with CC and then give alibaba 1 chance to fix then dispute with CC company and get money back. IMPORTANT in contract state that you get a full refund of any monies if their are any problems.

Unfortunately, If your seller is not a registered seller on Alibaba, you are scammed. Alibaba will not be on any help, they will start making excuses and wasting your time that you submit complaint to our so called security or protection team. After few days they will say Sorry, seller is not registered member so we can't track him. They will also say, we've blocked the seller, however, you can search similar product and seller on Alibaba, and that thug will be cheating with other name. This could be you training fee to stay away from scammers and alibaba. Best of puck.
