on 10/2/15Poor. They do not speak english well and continuously just try to negotiate discounts on future purchases.
From my experience, Alibaba is very ineffective. I spent over a month trying to get them to mediate reimbursement. Their support people seemed like they were barely trained and had no idea what they were doing. They also would not let me speak to a manager. I cannot even begin to express how frustrating and terrible my experience with them was. They did not get me ANY money back, even though I had Trade Assurance. Not only that, but because negotiations took over a month, I was not allowed to leave negative feedback for the supplier. So some other buyer will now get screwed by the same shady supplier.
