Hello., What do i do if a supplier took my payment and doesnot reply my emails? Thanks

Unfortunately, this happens a lot on Alibaba. You can try contacting the Alibaba customer service but usually they just remove the seller and nothing further happens. You can keep trying to contact the supplier but I suspect you have lost your money.
