Always make sure you conduct all transactions and conversations on Alibaba. By doing so, you maintain all conversations and agreements. Should there be a problem, Alibaba will give you the option to file a complaint, which they will immediately hold all monies and intervene.

Make sure the supplier has trade assurance. If they do you must pay using a method compatible with trade assurance to a citi bank account that starts with the numbers 1029
