on 11/5/15You can not trust Alibaba to protect you if you have a problem. You need to conduct business as if you have no protection. It does not matter how good or how long the company has been in business if mistakes or problems happen you are on your own. Their are some things I would recommend to do for your protection 1) everything is EXW and you hire the logistic company with offices here in the USA (I can recommend one if you want) 2) Put deposit down as low as possible and try and get it put on a CC or paypal or "Confirmed stand by letter of credit in your name" all will probably cost the same around 2% 3) Terms are final payment after inspection and pickup. This gives you the best protection possible for the least amount of additional money spent.
No, but I wouldn't take a chance cause if something goes wrong, your claim is not even viewed for months, I know because I'm going into my third month with a tablet I returned.
No, but if you are trying to buy just one, buy it in the usa.
No. I would really check into Alibaba if I were you. I used Ali Express and they are awful! I know a lot of people who lost A LOT of money.
