Not every time. Be carful. See if answer fast/ and not change the price that wrote in the website.

No! Alibaba suggests using ONLY suppliers who follow their rules. If you trade outside of those rules Alibaba will likely NOT protect your transaction and (if something goes sideways) You're on your own! Be warned.
