Why is your website impossible to navigate, and there is no help available (phone, chat or email) that I can see. The "help center" is just childishly inept.

Because it's cheaper and more profitable to focus on the 80% who just pay their money and go away. There's no percentage in it for them to spend a whole lot of money for a small number of people, who are probably too fussy any way.
