HI, MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN ON HOLD WITH AIR BNB TRYING TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE TO ANSWER HIS SIMPLE QUESTION FOR OVER 2 HOURS.
SOMEHOW, HE IS ABLE TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE LINE, THEN EXPLAINS HIS ISSUE, THEY PLACE HIM ON A VERY LONG HOLD, 24 MINUTES TO BE EXACT, WITHOUT COMING BACK ON THE LINE TO CHECK IN WITH HIM. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THIS HAS HAPPENED JUST NOW.
IT IS NOT OUR PHONE SERVICE AS IT IS A SOLID CONNECTION. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

This happens - I would say contact fair shake they can help to get a resolution - also call the customer service line directly and let them know you would like to attain a supervisor because agents are hanging up the phone …

Yes we have the same issue including hang ups by airbnb not returning emails not paying us money we are owed. Our guests payed airbnb and have come and gone but airbnb have not paid us it is almost 1000 dollars thay are scammers and dont care about customers hosts or guests
