Can I change the reason of cancellation in use of resolution centre?

Kathleen: I had problems with the representatives when I finally found a telno for them. They weren't rude. The first rep said he would resolve the link problem and send out an e-mail to my customers saying that it was an AirBnB problem. Neither action happened. Next time, I asked for a supervisor and he walked me through step by step every single piece of information on AirBnB and PayPal. We found the problem - e-mails didn't match so payments were kicked back. When things run smoothly, everything is good. When they don't it is difficult to get them resolved.

Airbnb sucks. I recently use the Hostels --some of them are good--you should see all reviews--most people using Hostels are students and family who travel frequently and don't want to spend too much for hotels. No difference between hostels and airbnb, hostels even ways cheaper. They both have curfew rules and check out policies. So what 's the point to spend more money on airbnb? Lot of fun at hostels to get to know and meet all the people around the world. Check reviews just like any other services---or restaurants
