I never signed up for vip yet i keep getting charged each month. and because i'm not vip it doesn't give me an option to request a refund or to cancel my vip membership. the money also doesn't even show up as store credit. everytime i email you i get the same answer saying to opt for a refund but it doesn't let me! i need a number to call. i just want my money back

Hello Suzi, Only VIP members get charged if they do not shop or skip the month, and the charge always turns to store credit available in your account. I placed an order on december 31 but for some reason the tracking says my package was delivered in october which is impossible, especially since this is my first time ordering from this website. i cannot get an answe on the phone or email. when will i be getting my package?

Hi, i have not received my package. on the tracking number it says it was supposed to get delivered on tuesday the 22nd. please help.

USPS to request that your local post office locate your missing package. When prompted, opt for "DELIVERY" assistance. USPS will follow up with you within 48-72 hours with their discovery. Is the $39.95 monthly fee in addition to whatever bra set you buy? or is it for $39.95 you get a bra set every month? and can i buy more than 1 bra set a month? can i also purchase other clothing?

Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for your question. As a VIP member, you need to visit the site between the first and fifth and choose to either shop or skip that month. If you do not shop or skip between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card provided. This turns into store credit that you can shop with anytime. Moreover, you can purchase as many sets as you want in one month (this includes any set on the website, not only bra& panty, but also sleepwear or lingerie) Let us know if you have other questions, we'd love to help!

I love the concept of adore me. and the bra and panty sets are very cute and very afordable. i only have one problem with it... your site only offers sets in either all regular sizes or all plus sizes. i wear a 36d bra. however i need a 2xl in most panties. (if it's a very stretchy material i can get away with an xl) so why can i not order any size combinations?

-Pay as you go OR become a VIP member -pay as you go: you get NO deals, discounts, or offers, and every set after your first purchase will cost $49.95 with no other obligations. -VIP membership: you DO get the deals, discounts, offers, and every set after your first purchase is $39.95. BUT you have to remember every month between the 1st and 5th day of each month to either make a purchase OR choose to skip the month ( not make a purchase). If you forget to remember to do that, then Adoreme will give you a $39.95 store credit everytime you forget the beginning of each month! Which can get people in trouble by racking up their credit cards with unwanted store credit, if they forget. But you can easily cancel it at www.adoreme.com/helpdesk. Trust me, its much easier than calling!
