Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Acorn staff and previous consumers.
In the past I don't recall having too much difficulty with Acorn but that's not the case now. It seems their Customer Service people think corresponding with you is a joke. At least twice I told them I wanted my 4 undelivered T-shirts & again they asked me whether I wanted the shirts or a refund. I thought because they asked me & I told then I expected my order to be completed as they sent me a message titled: Re: Acorn USA Shipped Confirmation- # PC644072, that it was on its way. I didn't receive a tracking number so I wrote back asking for it & they hadn't sent it because they weren't sure if I wanted the shirts or a refund! Maybe they need it in triplicate to get your point through to these people. Bizarre!
