I was about to order 4 books from you, but decided to see if you had any negative feedback from other purchasers. And, you do, so I'm extremely hesitant. You have the book I want and in the quantity I want, but can I trust it will be a new hard copy book and will arrive on time in mint condition? At $20/book times 4, I want to be sure I'm dealing with a reputable company. Please send me some assurance.
