The Tv warranty is with Cosco or Best Buy. Unfortunately they require you to bring it in

I spoke to them on the phone September 4,2019. It's possible they use a screening program for people they don't want to speak to. I can't confirm this, but if they already have your money, they may not want to make it easy for you to get back.
