I ordered an LG OLED TV on Labor day (Monday). I got an automated invoice that had the model number and the price and my information. No payment information or estimated shipping information. I waited Tuesday to get a shipping confirmation email, but did not receive one.
I called ABCTVs.com on Wednesday, waited about 5-6 minutes and a salesman answered. He looked up my order and transferred me to "Jack". Jack brought up my order, then said "Looks like you ordered the 8-bit OLED. You're ordering this for a business, right?". I've never heard of a 8-bit designation for a TV, nor did it state anywhere on their website that this was anything but the actual TV that you see in stores. Jack proceeded to say, "8-bits are not as bright/clear as the 10-bit models. The 10-bit models are what retailers like Best Buy sell. 8-bit models are for businesses. If you wanted the 10-bit model it will be $400 more." I was caught off-guard, and didn't want to agree without knowing I was getting a "deal". I asked about a 10-bit version on a different series of the OLED. He stated he could get me a new one for $60 more than what I originally agreed to pay (originally agreed to $1339). The TV would be new, original manufacturer packing and he would throw in a wall mount. He then told me the TV would arrive by the weekend and I should see an email with the tracking number. I got the email, it estimated delivery on Friday.

Friday comes, the TV arrives. I open the boxes carefully. The Styrofoam pieces are broken and falling everywhere. There was Styrofoam debris all over the TV. There was no TV wall mount included. The REMOTE was missing! The TV stand had visible damage. I turned on the TV and used a universal remote to test it out. The image looked fine, no burn-in. Initially, I didn't see any damage to the TV itself, but once I cleaned the Styrofoam off, I discovered several areas on the screen that had scuffs/scratches. I tried calling ABCtvs.com, but it was Friday evening and they were closed until Monday. I emailed them on Friday and Saturday asking for assistance. Today is Tuesday, and I have yet to get a reply. Did I get the right TV model? Yes, they sent me the correct TV. But everything else was not true. 8-bit and 10--bit? Why cloak this on the website unless you are scheming to up-sell people on the phone?
Two stars? I gave them two stars for sending me the correct model TV and shipping it to me quickly. I've ordered a replacement LG magic remote through Amazon. And bought a wall mount through Harbor Freight. In addition to the $1399 TV, I paid another $100 for a remote and wall mount that should've been included.
At the end of the day, I saved maybe $400 by buying this used TV with scuff marks instead of buying brand new through Walmart.com or eBay. The TV seems fine otherwise, and I don't notice the marks when watching the TV. If I did it all over again, I would've bought elsewhere. It's possible you may order and receive exactly what you're after, but I wouldn't recommend it. BUYER BEWARE of ABCTVs.com customer service. If ABCTVs.com responds or rectifies my problem, then I will update my review rating accordingly.
