I would, and will be doing so myself.
I emailed them to cancel, to which I got no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and provide evidences such as the order confirmation, the unanswered request to cancel, and the shipping tracking information showing nothing was in transit 3 days post order.

The ABCtvs business is not registered with the BBB so you will get no information. There is no business address but a phone number that is in a Google search unverifiable. If you proceed use a credit card and that way you can contact the CC and ask them for a refund due to suspicious inactivity or uncertainty. Most all will abide.
