I fell for their scam and not only lost my money, but the file for the book cover design from Alex_82 was not usable. 99 Designs refused to help me and I ended up with nothing and lost my money. Another issue, if you pick a design, you have to pay, but the designer does not hold the rights to the drawings. Alex_82 did this to me, also.
