Why are the prices of your merchandise lower than most? are these fakes/knock-offs?

We get Clearance product from Zappos.com and also we buy and negotiate from vendors to get the best prices and pass those prices onto you. :) We are a certified retailer for all the brands we buy and they are all authentic and new. I have 11 items in my cart right now and i have to say after reading these reviews i am seriously considering not placing the order sound like it something is wrong it is a nightmare to fix. i just want to clarify this if you ship me something and it's used or wrong size you will pay to return it correct the only time you will not pay is if somthing doesn't fit?
