Got my shoes in three days. Much faster than I anticipated.

I usually received my item between five and ten days. No problems. If you need to return an item, just call them. They'll work with you, especially if you tell them you plan on being a regular customer.

Yes you can trust they shipped my order and I had it within days of my order.

They ship in a timely manner. Pretty quick and as promised. The only problem I encountered, was that they shipped the wrong color of boots that I ordered for my wife. I bought them on sale and they would not exchange them for the color ordered, because the sale was over by the time they arrived. The only return option was to return them and then pay an additional $150 dollars for the color I originally ordered. The return policy's are questionable

My family has purchased over a dozen of items from 6pm.com over the past 2 or 3 years. Each time, the item was delivered within one week of placing the order, sometimes, sooner. This website can be trusted entirely - it's owned by or affiliated with Zappos.

My experience has been super fast shipping. I've never had any problems with this company. I'm a long time return customer.
