How do I get a refund for an item that was never received?

I ordered a coat from you. It is marked 2x but is more like a large. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Stupid of me..... NEVER AGAIN
They had my credit card on file. I was looking at several items later. Next thing i knew it said thank you for your order
