Asked above question a week ago - never got a reply - all of a sudden it was working for a couple of days and now the same problem as mentioned before - try to get info and it comes up with Sorry - something went wrong

I get this message when I put in info and click on search - I used to be able to use your site without any problems - I also get this message on another computer that is not at this location. The message said to contact the team which I did and the message came back as undeliverable. Sorry! Something went wrong. Something on 411 stopped working properly. If you try your search again it should work, but if you keep getting this error message feel free to contact our team for help. (Error 500)
