Answer:

I'm on day 4 (so it's the protein/veggie phase) & I have an omelette in the morning w/some onion, pepper & spinach. Lunch/dinner is steamed veggies & either baked salmon or chicken. I also sometimes have a salad w/lunch and/or dinner. I use some EVOO & ACV on salads & salt, pepper & cayenne for spices. So, no real "recipes", just simple cooked foods.

I saw on one of the posts someone mentioned a 24 hr fast. what type of fast? from all foods/liquids? i'm a type 2 diabetic regulating by diet and exercise with no meds but i still have to make sure i eat every 4-6 hours or it does affect me. don't want to buy if i can't use it. The fast is recommended but is optional. It is water only.

I used any seasoning I wanted I didn't use any sauces because so many have carbs
