I'm on day 4 (so it's the protein/veggie phase) & I have an omelette in the morning w/some onion, pepper & spinach. Lunch/dinner is steamed veggies & either baked salmon or chicken. I also sometimes have a salad w/lunch and/or dinner. I use some EVOO & ACV on salads & salt, pepper & cayenne for spices. So, no real "recipes", just simple cooked foods.
