Hello... i liked the way you have explained things scientifically and hence i would like to give this diet a try but as the diet contains supplements too how can i get them as i reside in INDIA... can you please tell me some other way out for the same... what replacement can i make for the supplements... as i really want to try this diet.

It's unfortunate this diet plan is so heavily based on animal protein. I would love to try it but since there are no plant-based substitutes provided it will probably not prove useful to me. I find it disappointing and a little surprising in this day and age that a plant-based option would not be included since so many people are moving away from animal proteins that are loaded with saturated fat and clearly linked to heart disease and obesity. Maybe Brian Flatt will come out with something similar for those of us who have seen the light. Any chance of that?

Just a question. Looking at the 3 week diet it says phase 2 is day eight and phase 3 is days 9,10 & 11. However the table of contents says phase #2 is days 8-14 and phase #3 is days 15-21. Please clarify. I am on day nine now and want to make sure that I shouldnt be fasting for another week. Please advise.
