It's unfortunate this diet plan is so heavily based on animal protein. I would love to try it but since there are no plant-based substitutes provided it will probably not prove useful to me. I find it disappointing and a little surprising in this day and age that a plant-based option would not be included since so many people are moving away from animal proteins that are loaded with saturated fat and clearly linked to heart disease and obesity. Maybe Brian Flatt will come out with something similar for those of us who have seen the light. Any chance of that?
