Im about to start the 3 week diet, in the last phase it includes the fat burner Yohmibine hcl, i cant get that in th UK, is that an important part? Will it work the same without it?

Yes, it will work because you are eliminating sugar, which is why you are able to burn stored fat. I found the Yohmibine on Amazon, ordered it, but haven't taken it more than a week. Not sure if I notice any difference from it, so I stopped taking it.
