Hi! How can I get a copy of your recipie book? I thought I would wing it at the time, which worked out ok, but I am having a hard time maintaining now due to not having a plan in front of me.

Really, drink a gallon of water daily?? Although I am an avid water consumer - half a gallon on a good day - a gallon is just not possible. Also, I can give up coffee, but not smoking just yet. I have purchased the diet and want to start, but trying to ween myself off the caffeine first, and then plan it around social events coming up. I don't see any comments from reviewers about water consumption Am I setting myself up to fail without a gallon a day?
