Unfortunately, dissatisfied clients are more likely to post a review than satisfied clients due to the fact that it takes a couple of months to get the verdict from the court and if the verdict is not guilty most people do not take the time to post a review. We also do not actively request our clients to post reviews. We have been in business for more than 10 years and we have helped thousands and thousands of people over the 10 years. While we try to satisfy every client, unfortunately it is impossible to satisfy everyone. However, we always take each criticism seriously to improve our service. Also, keep in mind that some of the reviews may be placed by competitors which is not uncommon these days.
